About the role

Were looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join international banking projects working on Risk & Compliance architectures within complex financial environments.

You will act as a bridge between business and technology translating requirements into scalable solutions and supporting delivery across distributed teams.

This role requires strong experience in core banking and risk domains combined with a solid understanding of system integrations and delivery processes.

What youll do

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and SMEs

• Translate business needs into user stories epics and functional specifications

• Work closely with development teams during design and delivery

• Validate solutions before deployment and support release lifecycle

• Participate in testing activities (UAT functional testing)

• Analyse issues using logs and basic database queries

• Support planning and delivery of modules or full functional areas

• Collaborate with international teams (Spain / Mexico)

What were looking for

• 4 years of experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner

• Strong experience in banking environments

• Experience with:

  • Core Banking systems

  • Risk & Compliance domains (AML credit risk collections)

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Experience with:

  • Jira / Confluence

  • User stories epics acceptance criteria

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work with both business and technical teams

Nice to have

• Experience with:

  • Decision engines (Modellica Provenir Experian)

  • AML tools (Norkom FCM)

  • Credit bureau integrations (Equifax Experian)

• Experience in core banking transformation programs

• Experience in digital banking environments

• Experience with delivery tools (Bitbucket Bamboo Harness)

• Basic SQL / database querying skills
