We are seeking a committed and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join an inclusive secondary school in Bradford. This is a rewarding role where you will support students in overcoming behavioural challenges and achieving their full potential.
The successful candidate will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups helping to improve behaviour engagement and attendance. You will work closely with teaching staff pastoral teams and families to implement effective strategies.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills patience and a proactive approach.
