SCIENCE TEACHER REQUIRED SEPTEMBER START

A secondary school in Walsall is seeking to appoint a committed Science Teacher to join its team from September. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a structured Science department delivering engaging lessons across the core Science subjects.

ROLE SNAPSHOT

Practical Teaching: Regular laboratory-based lessons

You will be responsible for delivering structured Science lessons that support students in building knowledge across the three core disciplines.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teach Science lessons across KS3 and KS4

• Deliver content across Biology Chemistry and Physics

• Plan and supervise safe practical experiments

• Support GCSE Science preparation

• Monitor student progress and maintain records

• Maintain safe and organised laboratory spaces

• Work collaboratively with Science colleagues

• Encourage positive classroom behaviour

Essential Requirements:

Desirable Experience:

• Science specialism in Biology Chemistry or Physics

• Experience teaching GCSE Science
