About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 covering a range of topics in Biology Chemistry and Physics. The role includes both classroom-based learning and practical laboratory work designed to support scientific understanding.

You will play an important part in preparing students for GCSE Science examinations ensuring lessons are well-structured and aligned with curriculum expectations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Science lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Teach core topics in Biology Chemistry and Physics

  • Plan and supervise practical experiments

  • Prepare students for GCSE Science assessments

  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records

  • Maintain safe laboratory environments

  • Work collaboratively with Science department colleagues

  • Support positive behaviour and student engagement
