Data Excellence: Utilizing granular assessment data to provide pinpoint feedback ensuring that every studentincluding those from disadvantaged backgroundsmakes exceptional progress.
STEM Aspirations: Coordinating high-profile enrichment programs such as the Engineering Education Scheme or university masterclasses to prepare students for elite higher education pathways.
The Successful Candidate We are looking for a practitioner who demonstrates a relentless drive for excellence and a passion for subject mastery. Requirements include:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a first-class or 2:1 degree in a core Science discipline.
Proven Track Record: Evidence of consistently delivering high-quality learning outcomes and a deep understanding of the GCSE and A-Level assessment frameworks.
