About the Role

You will teach Science across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 delivering lessons that cover Biology Chemistry and Physics topics. Teaching will include both classroom-based learning and practical experiments designed to reinforce scientific understanding.

The role will involve preparing students for GCSE Science examinations and supporting them in developing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

You will also contribute to maintaining safe laboratory environments and ensuring all experiments are carried out in line with safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3KS4

• Teach a range of topics across Biology Chemistry and Physics

• Plan and supervise practical experiments

• Prepare students for GCSE Science assessments

• Monitor and record student progress

• Maintain laboratory safety standards

• Work collaboratively with other Science staff

• Support positive classroom behaviour

• Good organisational and communication skills

Desirable:
