Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $30$39 per hour
Job Description:
The Mobile Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the operation inspection and maintenance of mechanical electrical plumbing and kitchen equipment systems across assigned facilities. This role includes assisting with maintenance and repair efforts alongside engineering and technical teams while also performing routine tasks independently to ensure equipment and systems remain in proper working order.
In this role the technician works closely with the operations team to maintain and repair building systems and equipment. Daily responsibilities include servicing kitchen equipment such as grinders slicers and related tools performing minor plumbing repairs and maintaining lighting systems by replacing bulbs and ballasts. The technician is also responsible for completing fuel center UST inspections and dispenser maintenance as well as troubleshooting and maintaining various equipment including scanners printers scales network components server drives and UPS systems. The position requires participation in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours service needs and emergencies. Adherence to all safety procedures is essential including maintaining clean and safe work areas identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions. The technician will also participate in ongoing technical safety and operational training and is expected to accurately document completed work and materials used.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and possess a valid state drivers license. A minimum of one year of experience in general building maintenance including basic plumbing and electrical work is required and completion of a technical training program is preferred.
The role requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds work on ladders up to 30 feet and demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Candidates must successfully pass background drug and alcohol and motor vehicle record screenings.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated dependable and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
