Territory Account Executive

POSITION SUMMARY

WinBiologics is seeking a driven and highly independent Soil Health Champion & Territory Account Executive to lead territory growth across Western Kansas. This role serves as both a revenue driver and trusted agronomic advisor responsible for expanding dealer networks strengthening grower relationships and delivering education around soil health and nutrient efficiency.

As the face of the company in the field you will combine sales execution with agronomic expertise helping growers rethink conventional fertility programs through improved nitrogen efficiency and soil biology. This is a high-impact field-first position requiring frequent travel strong self-management and a passion for building long-term partnerships in production agriculture.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Consistent territory revenue growth driven by both new account acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.
  • Strong dealer network development with measurable increases in active retail partners.
  • High grower retention and repeat business reflecting trust and value delivered in the field.
  • Effective independent management of travel schedules route planning and territory strategy.
  • Clear consistent CRM reporting and communication with leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to educate growers and retailers on soil health nutrient efficiency and product integration.
  • Recognition as a trusted advisor rather than just a product salesperson.

OBJECTIVES

  • Drive meaningful growth in your territory by expanding relationships with growers retailers and crop consultants.
  • Cultivate trust-based partnerships positioning yourself as a long-term advisor and resource on soil health nutrient management and agronomic solutions.
  • Consistently identify new opportunities and engage with prospective growers to introduce innovative practices and WinBiologics solutions.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing accounts through proactive support education and follow-up ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute field visits strategically balancing regular account maintenance with exploration of new opportunities.
  • Deliver educational presentations field demonstrations and workshops that empower growers with practical science-backed insights.
  • Share feedback and insights from the field with internal teams to influence product development marketing strategies and support systems.
  • Continuously build your agronomic knowledge with a focus on soil biology nutrient efficiency and regenerative practices to enhance credibility and value with customers.
  • Measure success through tangible improvements in grower adoption loyalty territory expansion and contribution to long-term soil health outcomes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years of outside agricultural sales experience or equivalent proven performance
  • Strong foundation in conventional agronomy including chemistry herbicides and fertility programs
  • Experience interpreting soil tests including NPK and familiarity with Haney soil testing
  • Proven track record of territory growth and account development
  • Existing relationships with dealers retailers or growers in Western Kansas preferred
  • Ability to operate independently and manage a travel-intensive schedule

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification
  • Bachelors degree in Agronomy Agricultural Science or related field
