Temp Registered Nurse (RN) Oncology (Days) Gilbert AZ

Job Summary (List Format):

- Must have Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience with Oncology chemotherapy certification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required
- At least 24 months of Oncology experience in the past 12 months (recent experience required)
- Must hold active state nursing license with no disciplinary actions
- Must possess active BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA ARC or ASHI
- Must have active ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification
- Must be able to provide proof of current flu vaccination (or exemption form)
- Arizona residents are NOT eligible for assignments in any Arizona facility
- Must be open/flexible to location shift and department for faster placement
- Must be able to start on listed start date or within one week
- All requested time off (RTO) must be listed on cover page and cannot exceed 7 days; no RTO allowed during first week of assignment
- Must specify all facilities states and departments willing to work in/on
- Travel nursing experience is highly preferred
- Complete Banner Health cover page is required with submission
- Resume must include all previous facilities departments trauma level designations and number of beds
- Oncology skills checklist completed within the last 12 months required
- Must provide drivers license for residency verification
- Strict adherence to background check and compliance requirements
- Weekend and On Call requirements to be determined by facility
- All candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept an offer if extended
- Immediate notification required if candidate withdraws or is unavailable

Certification Requirements:
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Infusion Certification
