Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day coordination financial performance scheduling and execution of multiple commercial electrical projects ranging from $50K to $2.5M. This role serves as the key link between field operations and the administrative/contractual side ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise financial oversight capability and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall project financial performance including budgeting forecasting billing and cost tracking.
- Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Superintendent.
- Oversee procurement of materials equipment and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with General Contractors owners and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress manage change orders and ensure contract compliance.
- Collaborate closely with field teams to align project logistics with execution.
- Prepare and manage all project documentation including submittals RFIs and closeout documents.
- Maintain organized logs and documentation systems for project tracking and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager on Commercial Electrical projects.
- Strong experience in Project Management tools such as Procore Autodesk or Project Plan 365.
- Strong Experience in Budgeting Forecasting Billing and Cost Tracking.
- Expertise in Electrical Systems NEC and NYC Electrical Codes.
