- Equipment - Currently we have Accuray equipment; one Tomotherapy machine and one Radixact. We are in the process of replacing our Tomotherapy machine with a Varian Linac which will be operational in September 2026. We currently use Mosaic and again transitioning to Aria in September 2026

**Provider Requirements:**

Board Certified Yes required to be board certified in radiation oncology.

Required Procedures/Skills (Need details):

Licensure requirement North Dakota license. Will consider IMLC if the provider has an easily transferrable DEA.

**Rates: $500/hr. Must be able to provide 2 weeks of coverage per month consistently. Open to negotiation**

Flight cap - $1200 round trip

Rental car Use Avis: Daily max $55 standard car up to $300/week

Housing Use preferred hotels: Springhill Suites Staybridge Hampton Inn La Quinta
