Job Summary
Join our team as a Delivery Manager and play a key role in transforming data and engineering initiatives into actionable this strategic execution-focused position youll lead cross-functional collaboration within a forward-thinking manufacturing and enterprise technology environment ensuring projects are delivered on time aligned with business goals and drive real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery across data engineering AI/ML and software engineering teams.
- Track project progress timelines and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
- Identify and resolve blockers risks and cross-team challenges.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives backlog grooming).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular status updates.
- Support planning prioritization and alignment across multiple initiatives.
- Maintain visibility into delivery through reporting dashboards and documentation.
- Ensure effective communication across engineering teams business stakeholders and leadership.
Required Skills:
- Experience in delivery management project coordination or program management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience using tools such as Jira Confluence or similar.
- Strong communication coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with data platforms analytics or engineering teams.
- Exposure to cloud-based or data-driven environments.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in manufacturing industrial or operational technology environments.
- Technical background or ability to understand engineering workflows and systems.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
