Job Title: Litigation Associate Insurance Defense
Location: Dunwoody GAExperience: 3 5 Years

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with experienced partners and senior attorneys
Handle all stages of litigation from case initiation through trial
Draft pleadings motions memoranda and discovery documents
Conduct depositions mediations and settlement negotiations
Perform in-depth legal research and provide strategic analysis
Manage multiple active litigation files and deadlines
Prepare for and support trial and appellate proceedings
Communicate effectively with clients courts and opposing counsel
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar
Admission to courts in Georgia
3 5 years of relevant experience in civil litigation or insurance defense
Strong writing research and oral advocacy skills
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced litigation environment
Attention to detail resourcefulness and critical thinking capabilities
A commitment to professional growth and development in civil trial practice
