This is a fully onsite role
Duration:
Long-term contract
Initial 1-year term with extension option
Role Summary:
Support integration of manufacturing systems across 26 sites in the Americas
Maintain existing systems and support upgrades and new integrations
Responsibilities:
Develop and modify manufacturing middleware
Support software issues and users through ServiceNow
Participate in daily Agile standups
Use GitLab for code management and CI/CD
Collaborate with developers SRE architects and team leads
Document processes installations and release notes
Support observability with SRE team

VMware ESXi and VMware Tanzu
Required Qualifications:
Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
2 to 4 years in software engineering within manufacturing
Strong C#/.NET experience
Experience with Blazor and Java
Strong understanding of relational databases
Experience with Windows and Linux
Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD
Agile or Scrum experience
Strong English communication skills B2 level or higher
Travel:
Up to 30 percent annually
5 to 6 trips per year
Up to 2 international trips
Most travel planned 3 to 8 months in advance
Work Authorization:
Green Card or U.S. Citizen preferred
H1 candidates considered under sponsorship

First round with Account Manager
1 to 2 rounds with hiring managers
Must haves
- Education and Experience
Computer Science degree or equivalent hands-on experience
2 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment - Technical Skills
Languages: Strong experience with C# (.NET) Blazor and Java
Data: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle with a solid understanding of relational databases
Infrastructure: Working knowledge of Windows and Linux systems Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines GitLab preferred
