| REQUIRED SKILLS | Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day execution of an SAP S/4HANA workstream with primary alignment to P2P / MM-related activities Produce and maintain detailed project artifacts including status reports meeting minutes action items and RAID logs Coordinate closely with functional leads technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery Support SAP delivery lifecycle activities including functional design RICEFW oversight testing cycles (SIT/UAT) integrations and cutover readiness Communicate clearly and frequently with a highly engaged and fast-moving workstream lead Ensure progress tracking issue escalation and follow-through on commitments Required Experience & Skills Prior SAP Project Management experience within S/4HANA programs (Greenfield Brownfield or Bluefield) High-level working knowledge of SAP modules such as MM / P2P SD PP or PM (Finance-centric profiles are less aligned) Strong understanding of SAP delivery concepts including functional designs technical designs RICEFWs integrations and testing processes Ability to operate hands-on rather than only at a strategic level; comfort with detailed coordination work Strong communication skills and the ability to keep pace with an energetic and demanding stakeholder environment |
