Role: Senior PCB Design Engineer (Automotive ECUs)
Location: Palo Alto California
Duration: Full time (Hybrid)
Pay: $167.4K $200K per annum
We are looking for an experienced PCB Design Engineer to work on next-generation automotive electronic systems including ADAS infotainment battery management and vehicle access systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-speed and mixed-signal PCBs for automotive ECUs
Work on advanced systems like:
- ADAS (driver assistance)
- Infotainment
- Battery systems (BMS)
- Vehicle access & body electronics
- Work on advanced technologies like DDR4 PCIe LVDS and HDI designs
- Ensure signal integrity (SI) power integrity (PI) and overall performance
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM)
- Support full product lifecycle from design to production
Required Skills:
- 8 years of PCB layout design experience
- Strong expertise in high-speed PCB design and signal routing
- Hands-on experience with Altium Designer (Cadence is a plus)
- Experience with SI/PI HDI and mixed-signal designs
- Exposure to automotive systems (ADAS BMS infotainment) preferred
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fast-paced product development environments
Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
