Roles & Responsibilities

The role will be responsible for end-to-end management of Microsoft 365 Apps Intune device management security compliance and automation while leading a team of administrators and working closely with security networking and end-user computing teams.

Generic Managerial Skills:

Leadership & Strategy

Lead and mentor the CWP/M365 administration team.

Define roadmap and strategy for Microsoft 365 Apps Intune and endpoint management.

Drive continuous improvement automation and operational excellence.

Act as SME and escalation point for complex M365 and endpoint issues.

Collaborate with Security Identity Networking and Application teams.
