Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Lead the design and development of React-based applications following industry best practices and coding standards.
Define and evolve front-end architecture including component strategy and performance optimization approaches.
Own technical decisions related to UI architecture and scalability.

Development & Quality Assurance

Review code and mentor React developers to ensure high code quality maintainability and consistency.
Address complex UI issues and drive resolution through effective design and implementation.
Ensure performance usability and reliability of front-end applications.

Collaboration & Delivery

Collaborate with product UX backend and DevOps teams to drive end-to-end feature delivery.
Support release activities and ensure application stability in production environments.
Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience leading front-end development.
Proven expertise in front-end architecture performance optimization and component design.
Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex UI challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
