On behalf of a global iGaming company we are seeking a commercially driven and data-obsessed Head of Monetization to lead revenue strategy across their iGaming portfolio. This role will own the full player value lifecycle from acquisition efficiency through retention engagement and lifetime value (LTV) optimization. You will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing CRM Data and Compliance to design implement and scale monetization strategies that drive sustainable growth.
Your Impact
Monetization Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute the company-wide monetization strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets
Own revenue KPIs including ARPU LTV conversion rates and player yield
Lead pricing bonus strategy promotions and in-product monetization initiatives
Build and manage a high-performing monetization team (CRM promotions pricing analytics)
Player Lifecycle Optimization
Optimize the entire player journey: acquisition activation retention reactivation
Improved player lifetime value without compromising user experience
High-performing team with clear ownership of revenue metrics
Strong alignment between Product Marketing and Commercial teams
