About the Merchandising Team
The Merchandising team is at the center of Walmarts business connecting customer needs with innovative products and strong supplier partnerships. Associate Merchants work cross functionally with Product Development Sourcing Planning Supply Chain and Store Operations to shape category direction and execute against business goals. This team balances data driven decision making with creativity and customer insight ensuring products are not only competitive but differentiated in the marketplace. Your work will directly influence customer experience financial performance and long term category growth

The annual salary range for this position is $70000.00 - $130000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
