Magee Financial a trusted regional lender for over 60 years is looking for adynamic results-driven Loan Officerto join our team. We want someone with the confidence and skill to hit the ground runningfinding customers originating loans and collecting with professionalismwhile bringing energy enthusiasm and a commitment to learning and growth.

We make and service both consumer installment and real estate loans and were building a team of top performers who know how to work hard have fun and succeed together.

What Were Looking For

Minimum3 years of experiencein finance lending or a high-performance sales environment

Excellent people skills able to connect quickly build trust and maintain strong relationships

Outgoing confident and self-motivatedwith a competitive spirit

Willingness tolearn adapt and growin a fast-paced environment

Comfortable withloan collectionsand proactive customeroutreachinthe field on the phone and in person

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required

Key Responsibilities

Originate and closeconsumer and real estate loans

Proactively seek new businessand develop a dependable loan portfolio

Collect and service loans in a professional and timely manner

Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service

Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports

Skills & Tools

Proficiency inMicrosoft Word Excel and Adobe

Experience with or ability to learnloan management systemsquickly

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Positive team-focused attitude with a drive for results
