Your Mission
Context
The BeeStone program is a strategic B2B transformation initiative aiming to build a unified model across countries leveraging an innovative digital and data platform. The Sales to Cash stream of BeeStone is a central pillar of this transformation with the ambition to design and deploy a robust agile and scalable solution.
First Mission
IT Business Analyst - Location : Paris - France
As an IT Business Analyst your primary role is to act as the bridge between business requirements and the IT solution. This role is key to the success of the delivery of a program like BeeStone as it needs an understanding of both business-specific topics and IT solutions.
Responsibilities and duties
Under the responsibility of a BeeStone Delivery leader :
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Do feasibility and impact analysis
- Specify the requirement with the business stakeholder and define the solution the IT delivery team
- Support testing and validation of the solution
- Provide requirements and solution documentation
Other missions
Following this initial mission the next two assignments would be related to the deployment of the BeeStone program:
- A digital transformation-oriented assignment (core model business processes)
- A local deployment mission within a specific country
What profile we are looking for
- Masters degree in Engineering IT and Digital or a similar field.
- Young graduate
- Strong interest in IT and digital energy supply energy markets
- Eager to learn new skills culture & ready to be trained.
- You are fluent in English and additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive reliable and results oriented.
- Collaboration & sense of priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Long-term interest in building a career in a strategic international environment.
