Engineering Manager ConsumerApp (mfd)

Your Tasks

• Support and mentoring of a team of talented engineers through coaching and career development planning
• Establishment of a culture of continuous learning psychological safety and open feedback
• Proactive identification and resolution of organizational and interpersonal blockers
• Development of strong cross-functional relationships to foster collaboration and alignment
• Management of performance cycles facilitation of feedback processes and support of individual growth journeys
• Leadership of hiring onboarding and offboarding processes in close partnership with Recruiting and HR
• Management of provider relationships and contribution to strategic workforce planning
• Contribution to the shaping and support of engineering-wide programs
• Development and execution of talent retention strategies to ensure high morale and reduce turnover

Your Profile

• Strong commitment to team development and the mentoring of engineers to accelerate professional growth; experience in leading high-performing technical teams within enterprise environments as a key advantage
• Proven track record in the delivery of production-grade applications using Flutter and Dart ideally complemented by foundational knowledge of native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
• Advanced proficiency in Darts asynchronous programming and reactive paradigms including Streams widget trees and builder patterns as well as extensive experience with modern state management solutions (e.g. Provider Riverpod BLoC)
• Strong engineering mindset combined with a deep appreciation for clean software architecture alongside continuous exploration of modern mobile trends and advocacy for scalable maintainable and high-performance platform design
• High level of teamwork orientation with the ability to thrive in cross-functional environments; pragmatic approach with a focus on leveraging proven solutions and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
• Strong problem-solving capabilities paired with excellent communication skills enabling effective translation of technical constraints for product stakeholders and alignment of teams around a shared vision
