Job Summary: The Material Handler moves and marks finished goods and scrap foam
from various machinery and departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (This description is a general statement of requiredmajor duties and responsibilities performed; may be responsible for one or more of the definedduties listed below. It does not exclude other duties that may be assigned.)

o Assist various areas of operations with positioning foam onto pallets for
production or shipping.
o Move empty flats to end of conveyor lines.
o Unload any leftover foam blocks on conveyors.
o Move finished and unfinished products as needed throughout operation.
o Ensure all flats of material have tickets.
o Use hand trucks buggies or other material handling equipment.
o Assist in wrapping department as needed.
o Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Knowledge Education & Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job. To perform this job successfully an
individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of
education and experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.
Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Maintains a clean and
organized work environment. Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner;Strives to increase productivity. Safety - Observes all safety procedures and policies; Reports potentially unsafeconditions to supervisor; Uses equipment and materials properly.
Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.
