Director of M&A Germany PE-Backed Healthcare Platform
Im working on an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing PE-backed healthcare services platform in Germany looking to appoint a Director of M&A to help drive its next phase of buy-and-build growth. The business operates at meaningful scale nationally and is pursuing an ambitious acquisition strategy in a fragmented market.
This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to senior management and shareholders suited to someone who wants to play a visible role in executing and shaping a live M&A agenda. The position will involve ownership of the deal pipeline evaluation of targets business case development LOI preparation due diligence coordination SPA negotiations management of external advisers and support through post-merger integration. There is also broader exposure to strategy corporate development and operational improvement work.
We are keen to speak with candidates who bring c.58 years of M&A experience gained in investment banking consulting transaction advisory or in-house corporate development. You should have strong modelling capability successful end-to-end transaction experience including SPA negotiation exposure and be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving environment. Fluency in both German and English is required.
