Role: Quantity Surveyor

Client:Leading Residential Developer

Essentials: 3-5 years post-graduate experience with a PQS or contractor (in Ireland or the UK); strong IT skills (Cubit CostX Excel); ability to manage subcontractor payments and cost reporting.

Location: Onsite in South Dublin

Salary:60000 - 65000

Reporting into: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client a leading construction and development firm is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in West Dublin. This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to work on high-profile residential projects assisting senior management in cost control valuations and contract administration.

Subcontractor & Supplier Management: Assist the Senior QS in managing subcontract packages payments and contractual details.
Cost Control & Reporting: Support in preparing monthly valuations cost reports and tracking project budgets and variations.
Contract Administration: Maintain accurate records of subcontractor and supplier contracts.
