Job Description:

The calibration lab administrator works closely with engineering and operations to ensure all test equipment calibration is up to date and working properly. Coordinates calibration/repair activities that are critical to business objectives (quality revenue) and maintaining regulatory compliance. Works closely with 3rd party providers to ensure equipment repair/maintenance is completed in a timely manner

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate 3rd party activities including:
  • Receive/log/track Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) from Vendors
  • Generate POs and manage shipment to/from vendors
  • Communicate equipment repair status to the factory and engineering calibration monitors.
• Coordinate Used battery disposal.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/associates degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Word and Excel)

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in New York state is $28.36 - $52.88. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
