Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Operations Coordinator in the Columbia SC area.
Expectations:
- Communicate with all team members within customer service
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively as part of a larger team
- Strong analytical and math skills
- Very detail oriented
- Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
- Deep knowledge of how processes work
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls for multiple locations
- Serve as primary point of contact for all Columbia and Charleston service
- Ability to schedule multiple trucks for service and install (commercial and residential)
- Ability to respond to vendor and customer inquiries via email phone and other communications
- Track ordered materials
- Prepare customer tickets for invoicing
- Schedule Fire Door Drop test and preventive maintenance
- Update and maintain operational open service spreadsheet
- Process credit card payments
- Assist Field Operations Manager as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years experience estimating commercial industrial or related service and repair projects
- Strong written and oral communications skills presentation skills and the ability to quickly adapt
- Strong understanding of scheduling projects
- Ability to build strong relationships on all levels internally and with customers and suppliers
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to business will be important competencies
- The candidate will have well developed interpersonal and collaborative skills
