Dental Assistant Receptionist | Lumino Miramar | Casual

Lumino Miramar is looking for Two x Casual Dental Assistants/Receptionists to join our team! 

Youll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care both in the treatment room and at the front desk. Youll support our clinicians during a wide range of procedures help maintain clinical standards and be the friendly organised face patients see when they walk through our doors.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that offers the best of both worldsclinical hands-on support and patient-facing administration.

Dental Assisting duties:

• Assist clinicians during dental procedures including X-rays instrument preparation and chairside support
• Maintain strict infection control protocols and sterilise instruments to the highest standards
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all materials and equipment are ready
• Provide oral health education and assist with post-treatment care advice
• Help manage stock levels and order supplies for seamless day-to-day operations

Reception duties:

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism helping them feel at ease
• Manage bookings phone calls emails and day-to-day patient enquiries
• Review medical histories and update patient records accurately
• Process payments claims and support front-desk administration
• Maintain a tidy welcoming reception area and contribute to a smooth patient journey

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will bring the following:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant would be ideal but we are willing to fully train the right person!
• Proven experience in reception or customer-facing roles is advantageous. 
• Flexibility to help out the team. 
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive and team-orientated approach to all you do. 
• Computer savvy skills with the ability to pick up things quickly.
