About the Role

This is a people-first sales roleperfect for someone coming from hospitality customer service or retail.

You dont need prior sales or generator experience. Well train you on the product and process. What matters most is your ability to:

Connect with people
Build trust
Guide conversations naturally

This role includes both phone outreach and in-person consultations.

What Youll Do

Call leads and set appointments with homeowners and business owners
Follow up consistently and keep conversations moving
Meet customers in-home or on-site for consultations
Ask questions understand their needs and recommend the right solution
Explain options in a simple easy-to-understand way
Help customers feel confident in their decision
Stay organized and manage your pipeline
