Job Description:

The Program Security Administrator is responsible for performing personnel security clearance coordination and processing activities. They will be Responsible for the overall execution of SAP PERSEC tasks.

Essential Functions:

• Review and verify personnel security clearances and SAP accesses through queries to government security databases and systems

• Prepare and maintain continuity books and procedures for multiple security functions
• Conduct SAP nomination process (SAPNP) and Personnel Security Questionnaire (PSQ) reviews of candidates being submitted for SAP access

• Generate Program Access Request (PAR) packages; ensure all required information is included including currency of information completeness of forms and inclusion of required signatures. Generate Program Indoctrination Agreements (PIA) provide briefer/debriefer and/or execute briefs/debriefs
• Utilize personnel security databases that are used by both the DoD and IC ( JADE Scattered Castles)

• Manage and generate reports from internal personnel security databases ()
• Generates/maintains monthly personnel security metrics charts
• Maintain security documentation and files in accordance with applicable requirements
• Responsible for providing SAP PERSEC training to peers
• Occasionally assist with classified courier/visitor escorting and document destruction duties
• Assist Program Security Officers with generating and presenting program security related material as needed
• Communicate with Government agencies on a continuous basis to obtain approvals and maintain compliance with applicable regulations

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience as a Cleared Defense Contractor (CDC) working in corporate and/or government environments with industrial security duties in support of Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD)programs
• Proficient with JADE SIMS DISS and additional Personnel Security tools
• Working knowledge of the Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) NationalIndustrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) SAP Directives and Supplement Information system security experience desired
