Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM 6:15 PM MondayFriday; schedule may vary)
Hours: 40 hours/week (4x10)

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a dynamic outpatient rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment providing comprehensive therapy services across a wide range of specialties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy to improve functional mobility daily living skills and overall independence
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary rehab team (PT SLP and specialists)
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1518 months of recent Occupational Therapy experience
• Active Georgia Occupational Therapist License
• AHA BLS Certification (required)
• Lymphedema Certification (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior outpatient rehabilitation experience
• Exposure to specialty therapy programs

Work Setting

• Outpatient multidisciplinary rehab department
• Exposure to specialty services including:
  • Hand Therapy (CHT)
  • Wound Care
  • Lymphedema Therapy
  • Vestibular Therapy
  • Aquatic Therapy & Sports Rehab
  • Parkinsons Programs
  • MBS & FEES studies
