Administrative Student Assistant

Are you structured pro-active and have a can-do attitude Would you like a student job in one of the worlds largest breweries Then you might be the one we are looking for to our headquarter in Copenhagen. You will work in an international company with people from many different cultures. We imagine that you are a student in the last year of your bachelor or firts year of master. We expect that you can work approx. 15-20 hours per week.

Requirements

• Fluent in English as it is our corporate language
• Flexible service-minded
• Personal integrity and ability to handle confidential material
• Commitment to continuous learning see the big picture as well as the details and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties
• Organized and able to simultaneously manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Highly developed Microsoft skills (Excel PowerPoint)

We are offering a position as Administrative Student Assistant with great flexibility taking your studies and exams into consideration. Carlsberg Breweries A/S is an international company with highly qualified and specialized professionals. You will be part of an ambitious and dynamic department.

Your tasks will consist of:

• Travel expense reporting
• Travel booking / coordination of logistics in close cooperation with the EA
• Purchase order creation
• Printing filing and other ad hoc tasks
