Job Summary
Analyze develop and promote innovation in performance management.
Monitor the actions of participants in performance-related changes under your responsibility.
Monitor and analyze equipment performance indicators including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to identify areas for improvement.
Track and report on equipment downtime and availability support on corrective actions to minimize machine unavailability.
Support root cause analysis for equipment failures and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
Analyze quality-related costs including scrap rework and warranty claims to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Prepare and present performance reports to management highlighting key metrics and improvement initiatives.
Evaluate and recommend investments in new technologies and equipment upgrades to improve overall performance.
Qualifications :
- Engineering Bachelors degree or correlated areas.
- Fluent English;
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge;
