Summary
Coordinates employeesinthe packagingdepa1imentwhile carryingoutresponsibilitiesinaccordance withtheorganizationspolicies needed in Supervisors absence.

Plansforreworkofheldandrestrictedproduct.
Organizesandplanreworkoftotedproductsinthecoldroom.
CommunicateswithPackagingQAandmakeadjustmentstomaintainqualitystandards.
CommunicateswithPackaging andProcessing Supervisors to ensure decisions are made in a timely andcost effectivemanner.
Understands and adheres totheconceptsand techniques ofthequalityprocessinorder toassurea qualityoperation.
Accuratelycompletesrequiredrecordsandreports.
Assistsinanticipatingpersonnelschedulingrequirements/needs.
Worksclosely withPackagingSupervisor andpackagilg personnel toensure that Good Manufacturing practices are being followed.
Promotesandadherestocompanysafetyregulations.
Perf01msjobfunctionswithlittlesupervisionrequired.
Helps to buildand promotea strongTeamwork environment ineachindiyjdualworkgroup the factory and the Company.
May berequired toparticipate inacontinuous improvement processsuchas anEmployee InvolvementTeam.

Language Skills

$1.50 shift differential for graveyard positions.
