Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Texas Teacher Certification (Science preferred; other core areas considered)
Must hold a valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or be willing to obtain it within the first year of employment
Willingness to support student-athletes beyond the classroom through strength/conditioning off-season development and travel
Strong communication collaboration and classroom management skills required Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in coaching at the high school level
Strong background in student engagement and differentiated instruction
Ability to contribute positively to campus culture and athletic program growth
Work Environment: This position requires a commitment to both academic excellence and athletic program support. Candidates should expect a schedule that includes instructional duties during the school day and coaching responsibilities outside of school hours including evenings weekends and travel for athletic events.
