YOUR MISSION

The Workday Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related matters managing Jira requests resolving system incidents and ensuring seamless collaboration between DH Central and Glovo while maintaining data integrity and optimizing system functionality.

THE JOURNEY

• Act as the primary owner and point of contact for Jira requests related to Workday ensuring timely resolution and communication.

• Analyze investigate and resolve Workday incidents collaborating with relevant teams as needed.

• Engage in deep-dive analysis of requests to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.

• Manage and prioritize stakeholder expectations ensuring clear and transparent communication.

• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.

• Work closely with the People Team to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.

• Provide training and support to end-users as necessary.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and updates.

Qualifications :

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Proven experience working with Workday in a functional or technical capacity.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

• Experience managing Jira requests and working within an agile framework.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with HR processes and systems is a plus.
