We design and manufacture technologies to address some of the worlds toughest challenges in airports commercial buildings datacenters schools government hospitals stadiums labs and smart cities.

As a Regional General Manager HBS Service Southern Europe you will have end-to-end responsibility for the region.

3. Leading both direct and indirect employees.

5. Speaking with customers placing them as your top priority.
6. Motivating teams to turn strategy into execution through a large workforce.

You will also ensure a safe and engaged workforce and with high customer satisfaction.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 10 years of experience in the industrial or technology sector
• 5 years of experience in a service/aftermarket business
• GM experience owning and driving a P&L
• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences technology engineering or mathematics
