At Implement Consulting Group we help leading organizations shape and realize commercial transformations that drive sustainable growth. As we continue to strengthen our Commercial Strategy & Transformation team in Zurich we are looking for a Senior Management Consultant with expertise in Pricing.

This is an opportunity to combine analytical rigor strategic thinking and hands-on implementation in a collaborative non-hierarchical environment.
 

Your Impact

You will play a key role in designing and delivering pricing strategies that create real business value from strategy to execution.

Your work will include:

• Developing and implementing pricing strategies across industries (e.g. value-based pricing segmentation discount structures)
• Designing pricing models governance and operating frameworks
• Supporting commercial transformations to improve revenue and margin performance
• Leveraging data and analytics and AI to optimize pricing decisions
• Facilitating workshops and aligning senior stakeholders on pricing initiatives
• Driving implementation and ensuring adoption within client organizations

We work at the intersection of strategy and execution ensuring pricing strategies translate into measurable results.
 

What You Bring

• 46 years of experience at a reputable management consultancy
• Proven expertise in pricing strategy and transformation
• A Masters degree from a reputable university
• Experience working with senior commercial stakeholders
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• The ability to combine data-driven insights with pragmatic implementation

You also:

• Take ownership and thrive in a collaborative high-performance environment
• Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to help grow a practice
• Are fluent in German and English
