Job Summary
Responsibilities
- As the Regional Operations Assistant Manager (Solar) you will be in charge of monitoring ENGIE SEA PV Solar sites. ENGIE Energy Solutions is benefiting from a significant growth in the region and the number of assets under operation is rapidly increasing. This requires an industrialized harmonized and coordinated monitoring process and liaison with the O&M teams to ensure that ENGIE SEA commitments towards its clients and ENGIE Group are met.
- Establish and maintain robust monitoring processes for the regional Solar PV sites including alarm systems and escalation procedures.
- Drive oversight and follow-up the corrective maintenance actions in collaboration with the O&M team : issue and monitor work orders go on-site to perform visual inspections if necessary.
- Liaise with the Asset Manager Performance metrics to identify improvement plan to maintain performance at the expected level.
- Prioritize safety and quality during maintenance activities.
- Support the O&M team to manage any technical issues that will require interactions with the client the EPC the insurance companies and any other stakeholders.
- Assist in the budgeting process in particular to establish the O&M costs (preventive and corrective plan).
- Lead and coordinate with the O&M teams to perform the yearly Qualitative Audits.
- Ensure the accuracy of the data available in the monitoring tool and liaise with the Digital team for troubleshooting or improvement to be done.
- Participate and support the organization of the Monthly/ Regional Local / Regional O&M steering committees and monitor the execution of agreed-upon initiatives.
- Support the Regional Portfolio Manager in any topic related to contractual / financial matters of the asset.
Requirements
- Master/Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Economics or equivalent
- 3-5 years relevant working experience in solar O&M preferred
- Experience in optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and productivity
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability in solving problems promptly
- Strong presentation and reporting skills with ability to clearly articulate data / insights
- Proactive identification and resolution of issues impacting operations
