MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Todevelop implement and maintain prioritised process improvement projects management information frameworks and company-wide processes for business mapping.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Lead and govern process improvement projects and initiatives
- Develop and monitor management information frameworks
- Determine and track project benefits
- Ensure business process mapping governance
- To manage stakeholder relations
- To lead and manage the people in the team
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering
DESIRED EDUCATION
- Registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant business process engineering/business analysis experience
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Hospital or healthcare environment experience
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Industrial engineering principles techniques and skills (e.g. root cause analysis statistical analysis operations research methods business process re-engineering etc.)
- Creative procedural and non-procedural design and synthesis of solutions
- Computers networks and information infrastructures for accessing processing managing and storing information
- Collaboration within a multidiscipline environment
- Critical awareness of the sustainability and impact of engineering activity on the social industrial and physical environment
- Economics business management and project management
- Relevant Mediclinic policies and procedures
- Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Power Automate
- Presentation communication and facilitation
- Advanced knowledge and experience in negotiations
