About the Role
As aFlower Shop Manager youwillberesponsible forleadingFlower Shop operations and deliveringelegant floral experiences throughout the Hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily Flower Shop operations and team performance
Plan and oversee floral arrangements for the lobby public areas guestrooms F&B outlets and events
Ensure all floral designs reflectShangriLasstandards of quality creativity and elegance
Handle bespoke guest flower orders with professionalism
Manage flower procurement inventory and replenishment
Monitor sales performance andmaintainaccuraterecords
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
About You
At least8years of relevant experience in floral arrangement or flower shop operations preferably inHotelsor luxury floral retail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
Strong creativity with a good sense of design and aesthetics.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
