Job Summary
ARHS Group part of Accenture is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter (m/f) to reinforce our internal Recruitment Department in Luxembourg.

THE WORK:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both internal positions and client assignments (sourcing interviews offers).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs and advise on market availability.
- Source IT profiles across various technologies ( Cloud DevOps Data Cybersecurity etc.).
- Use multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn Recruiter job boards talent databases events referrals.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Prepare job descriptions and participate in employer branding activities.
- Maintain accurate data in our ATS and track recruitment pipelines.
- Negotiate offers and support successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and strategic roles.
- Collaborate with HR business leaders and project managers to anticipate staffing needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
The work location for this role is an ARHS Part of Accenture office.

HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment of IT profiles (permanent and contractual)
- Solid understanding of the IT job market (especially Luxembourg France Belgium Germany).
- Proven experience sourcing and engaging technical talent.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced delivery-oriented environment.
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
- Experience using ATS tools and digital sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive mindset team spirit and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
