Tech Lead for AI Feature Development in CloudBased Industrial AI and Software Applications (fmdiv.)

We are looking for an AI Feature Development Tech Lead for our Applied AI & Software Business. Within our team we are pursuing a new systems engineering approach by combining Boschs deep production knowledge with AI and software expertise to create unique industrial AI and software applications.

• As part of our team you will drive the endtoend lifecycle of AI feature requirements including elicitation analysis prioritization specification validation and ongoing management.
• Your focus will be on the technical steering of AI feature development for cloudbased industrial AI and software applications with a particular emphasis on timeseries and tabular data. You will ensure ontime specificationcompliant and highquality delivery of AI features in line with bestpractice development standards.
• You will drive innovation through a continuous AI feature pipeline leveraging the latest research and technological advancements.
• Furthermore you will provide technical guidance to the AI development team and actively foster knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
• You will collaborate in an international interdisciplinary setting with experts across AI software engineering business and domain domains.
• Last but not least you are able to clearly communicate complex technical content to customers technical and business stakeholders as well as management.

Qualifications :

• Education: an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Experience and Knowledge: 
  • proven experience in delivering productiongrade AI features for cloudbased industrial AI and software applications with a strong focus on timeseries and tabular data
  • profound knowledge of the research and technology landscape of AI for time series and tabular data combined with excellent programming skills
  • strong experience in building and leading AI development teams
  • proven track record in driving innovation in the context of AI feature development and inspiring teams to contribute
  • experience with cloud-based AI and software applications for manufacturing is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: You bring extensive experience working in international interdisciplinary teams and demonstrate strong communication skills
• Languages: fluent English skills written and spoken German is a plus
