Pharmacy Patient Relations Liaison

Under direct supervision of the Outpatient Pharmacy Manager primarily interacts with clients healthcare providers and patients to provide services to identified units. The Patient Relations Liaison works closely with the identified units as well as the pharmacy manger to ensure medications are provided in a timely manner. The Patient Relations Liaison also participates in other duties related to the day to day operations of the outpatient pharmacies.

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency

Required Licensure Certification etc.:

• Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy
• Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT)

Work Experience:

• Five (5) years retail pharmacy technician experience required

Salary Range: Minimum $20.53/hour - Maximum $33.90hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
