DAIL is seeking a Business Project Manager to lead the Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Projecta high-impact initiative shaping the future of care across Vermont.
The RHT Business Project Manager position is a key position in the DAIL Commissioners Office and will be accountable for leading DAILs RHT projects including expanding LNA training in Vermont and expanding nursing home capacity to provide ventilator and dialysis services as part of Vermonts larger RHT Plan.
The RHT Business Project Manager will:
Engage extensively with nursing homes and key partners
Lead and manage complex projects from planning through implementation
Oversee monitoring evaluation and reporting efforts
Collaborate across agencies to drive progress and alignment
Supervise a grants manager
Contribute to meaningful system-level improvements in long-term care
You will report directly to the DAIL Deputy Commissioner and play a central role in advancing strategic priorities.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree AND four (4) years or more of experience where the primary role was project management.
OR
Associates degree AND six (6) years or more of experience where the primary role was project management.
OR
High School diploma or equivalent AND eight (8) years or more of experience where the primary role was project management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with nursing homes
Experience managing or working with state grants
