A busy high-performing main dealer in Maidstone is looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to its existing front-of-house team.

This is a fast-paced aftersales environment where customer experience teamwork and communication are at the centre of everything backed by a proven bonus structure strong manufacturer training and clear progression through accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the service reception team with day-to-day customer activity
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers from booking through to vehicle collection
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure jobs progress smoothly and efficiently
• Providing clear professional updates to customers throughout the service process
• Highlighting additional work opportunities where appropriate and customer-led

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or similar environment
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
• Ability to stay organised in a busy team-based aftersales environment
• Professional calm and confident when dealing with customers
• A collaborative attitude and attention to detail

Salary and Benefits

• 30000 basic salary uncapped bonus (average 6000 per year)
• Monday to Friday 8:00am6:00pm (1-hour lunch)
• 1-in-3 Saturdays 8:00am12:30pm
• 20 days holiday Bank Holidays
