This is a role where your legalexpertisewill directly support major infrastructure and energy projectshelping manage risk resolvedisputesand protect the delivery of critical programmes that underpin the journey to Net Zero.
Whatyoullbe doing
In this roleyou will be working as part of a respected and very collaborativeteam.Youwilladvise onwide variety of disputes includingcomplexhighvalueconstructiondisputeslinkedto major infrastructure projects.
Youllsupport dispute avoidance through early issue identification contractinterpretationand risk assessment helping to shape effective dispute strategy and deliver pragmatic commercially focused outcomes.
Working closely with senior stakeholders projectteamsand external advisersyoullmanage disputes from instruction through to resolution including overseeing external counsel where.
Whatyoullbring
Youllbe a qualified solicitor with a current UK practising certificateandhold strong experience post PQE.You will havestrong experience advising ondisputes ideally with exposure to constructionengineeringor infrastructure mattersalthough not essential.
Your experience may have been gained in private practice or within anin-houselegal team andyoullbe known for your pragmatic solutions focused approach. Confident engaging with senior stakeholdersyoullcombine strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance legal risk against business priorities and deliver clear practical advice.
