The Role: Account Manager Managed IT Services
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Account Manager to manage an established portfolio of business clients ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to grow revenue across managed services cyber security cloud solutions and wider IT infrastructure services.
Youll act as the trusted point of contact for customers building strong long-term partnerships and working closely with internal technical teams to deliver strategic value-led solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with existing business clients across a varied portfolio
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across managed IT support cyber security cloud services backup infrastructure and software solutions
Conduct regular account reviews to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction retention and service excellence
Act as the main point of contact for client accounts ensuring a smooth and proactive customer experience

Proven experience in Account Management within an MSP IT services or technology solutions environment

Ability to manage multiple client accounts strategically and effectively
