Job Summary

Role: Senior Engineer

Project: Large-Scale Residential Project

Essentials: HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification minimum of 5 years similar experience in Ireland strong project management skills.

Location:Cork

Salary: 70000 - 80000

Overseeing: Site management quality assurance subcontractor coordination and stakeholder relationships

Manage health and safety performance across the site
Coordinate subcontractors and service providers to meet programme testing and commissioning targets
Monitor and control quality standards to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and design requirements
Review design information attend design team meetings and resolve technical issues
Carry out regular site inspections and maintain quality assurance documentation
Manage assigned work packages including sequencing coordination and delivery
Liaise with third-party stakeholders such as utility providers and local authorities
Identify and implement value engineering opportunities to improve efficiency and project outcomes
